Sashiko Pouch Kit

Learn the gentle art of Sashiko stitching by making this useful little purse/pouch using traditional Sashiko stitching.
Designed exclusively by me, with a cute Sakura (Cherry Blossom) motif and Kagome (Basket Weave) background, the purse is lined and closes with a zipper. Don't want a purse?  Turn it into a small panel, mini cushion or mat instead.
Your kit, made to order contains Japanese Cotton Sashiko fabric for the stitched work, vintage Japanese cotton lining fabric, Sashiko Thread, Sashiko needle, zipper, carbon tracing paper, stylus for marking the design, Sashiko design and fully illustrated instructions.
Each kit is made to order with off whote thread for the background pattern, choose your Sakura colour from the separate list.
